We treat acne, aging, pigmentation, rosacea, and other skin concerns using a variety of modalities including hydration therapies, dermaplaning, collagen induction, peels, extractions, cryotherapy, & more. We also recognize the emotions tied to skin concerns, so every treatment is designed to support relaxation & calm the nervous system.

Jessica’s skincare journey began in 2020, inspired by her own experience with acne and aging skin. Those challenges sparked a passion for skin health and led her to a career focused on personalized care, education, and long-term results. That path continues to shape how she approaches every client, with intention and empathy.

After five years of Glow by Jessica, it felt like the right time for a new chapter. She has built deep, trusting relationships with her clients, something she never takes lightly. As that trust grew, it made sense for the brand to evolve beyond her name and into something bigger. Welcome to Glow Odyssey, a reflection of the ongoing journey she shares with every client toward lasting results.

Beyond the treatment room, she is passionate about education and mentorship, guiding aspiring estheticians as they build skill and confidence. She also holds a Certification in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship, which has supported the growth of her practice.

When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her husband, their dog, and their rescue cats, or traveling together to recharge and return inspired.

Born and raised in South Florida, Hailey has always been passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin. After navigating her own skin challenges, she discovered the impact thoughtful, results-driven skincare can have, not just on appearance, but on confidence and overall well-being.

Through dedicated training and continued education, Hailey has built a strong foundation in corrective skincare and professional product knowledge, with a holistic, results-focused approach to care. She is committed to ongoing learning and refining her skills to provide treatments that are both effective and personalized.

Outside the treatment room, Hailey loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She’s also a devoted book lover, and once she starts talking about her latest read, she might not stop.
